Question: I live in Japan, will you ship to my country?
Yes, The Reel Doctor ships worldwide every day! Japan, Europe, Australia...where ever! It's no problem.

Question: What methods of payment do you accept?
We securely accept payment by Visa/Mastercard, PayPal (any major credit card), or International Money Orders through the website. We do not accept checks as they can take up to a month to clear at the bank.

Question: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
YES! We take website security very seriously in order to protect our customers. Our Parts Catalog is located on a secure server that keeps all your personal information from being viewed by others.

Question: The part I need is listed as Not In Stock - Order in, what does that mean?
Although we wish we could stock every single part, it's just not possible. Some of the parts for sale in our Parts Catalog are not in stock. The part can still be purchased, it will just take approx 2-3 weeks for the part to reach us, and then be shipped out to you.

Question: I've placed an order on your site, how long until it arrives?
Our mail is shipped out every Tuesday and Friday afternoon. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Packages shipped within Canada usually take 3-6 business days once the package has been mailed. Packages shipped to the United States take approx. 7-10 business days and International packages 8-12 business days. Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
